Return & Exchange Policy

This document outlines the Return and Exchange Policy for VHTK FIGHTWEAR / VHTK LLC, effective for all orders placed on our online store.

We are committed to providing premium combat wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange or return process within 3 days of receiving your order.

1. Return and Exchange Period

  • 3-Day Policy: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the delivery date (as shown on the courier tracking).
  • After 3 Days: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period has passed.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unwashed: The product must not have been worn during training or washed.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Tags Intact: All price tags, branding, and labels must be attached and untampered.
  • Clean Condition: The item must be free of sweat, dirt, scents (perfume/deodorant), or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

Due to hygiene regulations, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Hand wraps & inner wraps.
  • Mouthguards.
  • Groin guards.
  • Socks & compression undergarments.
  • Towels.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team via admin@vhtkofficial.com within 3 days of receipt.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including the original invoice.
  4. Our team will arrange for a courier to pick up the item from your location.

5. Returns & Exchange Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you received a faulty or wrong item, VHTK Fightwear will bear all shipping costs for the exchange or return.
  • Change of Mind/Size Issue: If you wish to exchange or return due to a change of mind or wrong size ordered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit to your VHTK Fightwear account, which can be used for future purchases.

7. Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos of the damage.

VHTK LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product is deemed unfit for resale (used, dirty, or tags removed).
