The regular athletic cut provides room around the seat and thighs, so sizing up is not the standard recommendation. These shorts fit true to size. Match your waist measurement to the VHTK size chart and check hip measurements where listed. Sizes run from S through 2XL.
Tighten it until the waistband sits securely without digging into your waist. Squat and lift each knee to check the fit before training. The cord adjusts the hold, but excessive tightening can indicate that you need a different size.
Sublimation places the graphics within the material, so there is no raised print layer to peel away. The design stays flexible, while fade resistant printing supports color retention. Follow the care label to help preserve the finish.
Wash after each session in cold water according to the label, then air dry completely. This removes sweat and residue that contribute to odor. Take damp shorts out of your gym bag promptly before washing.
Yes. The split side vents accommodate leg lift during kicking, while the stretch panel between the thighs supports wider positions during ground drills and leg lock practice. BJJ practitioners and MMA athletes can use this construction across striking and submission training.
